Kamp Alliance Wins a 10-Year Contract with the DGA for the MALTEM Program

24 March 2026

Kamp Alliance has been selected by the French Directorate General of Armaments (DGA) for a 10-year contract to supply the Army and the Air and Space Force. This contract covers the MALTEM (Mobile Lightweight Water Treatment Equipment) program, a key system for supporting forces in the field, ensuring reliable, autonomous, and mobile water treatment and purification capabilities.

A team of experts to cover the entire lifecycle

As the lead contractor for the consortium, Kamp Alliance draws on the complementary expertise of its partners—aiga concept, KAPI Koncept, and eV-Teknology – to cover the entire program lifecycle: prototype development and testing, delivery of 2 pre-production units and 35 MALTEM systems, documentation and training, kits and spare parts, as well as Maintenance in Operational Condition (MOC) throughout the duration of the contract.

Proven expertise in water treatment for the Armed Forces

This transformation has three clear objectives: to structure the company’s diversification, secure its markets, and strengthen its credibility with its partners. The change was approved by the NovaKamp Group’s supervisory board and the partners at the general meeting on March 17, 2026, and is currently in the process of being formalized legally.

Following the joint development, manufacture, and certification of the MTE75 for the Defense Infrastructure Service (SID) in 2024, Kamp Alliance has reaffirmed its expertise in water purification systems for the French armed forces. This renewed trust commits the entire consortium to designing and deploying robust solutions that are fully tailored to the forces’ operational requirements.
